Email Notifications
Email notifications are important and we highly recommend you set these up when you sign up for ShippingTree. Email notifications are sent in real time for a variety of reasons, such as label purchase failures, ASN status updates, and much more. To set up your email notifications:
- Visit the “Email Notifications” tab under the cog wheel dropdown.
- Select the ‘Add Subscriber’ button to create notifications for all desired users
- From there, you can select which notifications you’d like from the ‘subscription type’ drop down. We suggest subscribing to ‘all’ so that you stay up to date with any changes or activity in your account.
