How to Add or Edit Credit Cards and ACH

Before Kase can start fulfilling your orders, we must have a credit card on file. You can also add an ACH account as a backup payment method if you'd like. Please ensure your payment information is added prior to your first inbound shipment arriving at our facility, to avoid any delays in receiving or processing your product. Kase makes it easy to add or edit credit card and banking information. To do so:

1. Select the ‘Billing’ icon near the upper right corner of the dashboard

   

2. In the box near the left rail, select ‘Add Credit Card’ or ‘Add ACH’

   

3. Fill in the requested information, select ‘Add’ and you’re done.

*Please note that there is a 3% processing fee for credit cards. If you wish to avoid this fee, please consider using ACH payments instead.
