Case Packs

It’s very common to ship SKUs that are comprised of multiple units, master packs, or entire pallets. Case packs are created by the warehouse teams to avoid mis-picks with your orders. You will see case packs on the order pages in the following forms:

There are three options:

• ‘Master’ – this is the largest outer pack box that the units and or inner packs arrive in. The illustration below is a good reference for which pack is which, with the ‘Master Pack’ noted with the red arrow

  

• ‘Inner‘ – these are the boxes that make up the master packs, noted below with the red arrow

  

• ‘Pallet‘ – If you will be shipping entire pallets (likely for B2B orders) then we will select this option
