How to Add a Shipping Account

ShippingTree offers customers the ability to use their own shipping account for select orders or all orders. With that said, it is not necessary to set up your own account, as ShippingTree’s Bulk Rate shipping options will take care of it for you.

To set up shipping accounts:

1. Click the gear icon near the upper right hand corner

   

2. Select ‘Shipping Methods’ from the drop down

   

3. Select ‘Shipping Accounts’ near the top rail

   

4. Select ‘Add Shipping Account’

   

5. Fill in the appropriate fields:
   • ‘Carrier‘: select the carrier account you’re setting up
   • ‘Account Number‘: enter the account number for this account
   • ‘Billing Zip‘: enter the billing zip code for the shipping account
   • ‘Billing Country‘: enter the billing country for the shipping account
   • ‘Default‘: ONLY check this box if you would like all of your orders to ship using this account
6. Click ‘save’ and you’re done
