How to Blacklist Shipping Methods

You can elect to blacklist certain shipping methods all together. Blacklisting removes shipping methods from consideration when it’s time for our software to ‘rate shop’ shipping options for your orders. If you’ve blacklisted certain methods, our software will select the least expensive option that is NOT a blacklisted shipping method.

To blacklist shipping methods:

1. Click the gear icon near the upper right hand corner
2. Select ‘Shipping methods’ from the drop down
3. Select ‘Blacklist Shipping Methods’ near the top rail
4. Choose your blacklist selections by using the checkboxes:
   • ‘Carriers‘: checking any box here will blacklist ALL shipping methods offered by this carrier
   • ‘Services‘: checking any box here will blacklist only the specific shipping method selected
5. Click ‘save’ and you’re done.
