How to Create Product Bundles

The “Bundles” feature is a great way to get common ‘groups’ of merchandise sent to your customers without having to add each of the individual items to the order. To create a bundle:

  1. Start by creating a main SKU for the bundle by adding a new product. This SKU will represent the entire bundle as a single item.
  2. Once the main SKU is created, click on that SKU to enter the product page, in this example, we’ll use a variety pack of soap, seen below

  3. Inside the product page, look in the ‘Product Variant’ box near the right rail and check ‘Bundle Product variants’, seen below in red, then click ‘update’

  4. Find the ‘Bundle Items’ box on the product page and select ‘modify’

  5. This is where you’ll select the products and quantities that go inside the bundle. As you add each item, they will appear near the top

  6. After all products for the bundle have been added, select ‘update’ near the bottom of the window and that will create the bundle.

Note: Once a bundle is created, the quantity on hand will be adjusted to the common amount of ‘on-hand’ items amongst all of the items in the bundle. When an order for that bundle is placed, the warehouse team is automatically notified to pick all the items in the bundle and is shipped together as a single order.
